By creating an account or using SetSync ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
SetSync is a band management application offering scheduling, setlist building, song library management, attendance and availability tracking, payment and expense tracking, analytics, date polling, live performance mode, and related features. The Service is offered in Free and Pro tiers, with certain features available only to Pro subscribers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your information up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
The Pro plan is a recurring monthly subscription billed through our payment provider. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Settings page, and you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
By creating an account, you consent to receive promotional emails about SetSync Pro features and offers. You may opt out of these marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or through the Email Preferences page. Transactional emails (such as event reminders and schedule notifications) will continue to be sent as part of the service.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all band data, setlists, songs, and other content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. Band leaders (admins) may create, edit, and manage content on behalf of their band members, including updating availability status and entering payment information. If you are a band member, your leader may enter or update your availability, contact details, and payment account identifiers within the band's data.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine pose a risk to the Service or other users.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Reminders and notifications are provided as a convenience and may occasionally fail due to technical issues beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SetSync and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
